The person who replies with the accurate playing of this lick will my new instructional for free!! You have to show the lick slow so I can make sure you have the notes and note order correct... Lol - I think one reason no one (including myself) posted a video response is because of the sound you're using - which makes the playing more conducive to what you're actually hearing. Could you maybe post this with a more conventional tone? I'd like to hear it worked out.

question.... are you in standard tuning? Or should I be in standard tuning to participate?

Standard tuning. You can shift it up or down if you need in case you are a half step down or whatever.. But my low string is an E

Look man, I use a 150 watt Mesa Triple Recto, with a Music Man Axis and an array of conventional effects. It's a very simple setup, with a nice, earthy, chunky, POWERFUL warm tone.

I can't GET a sound like you're using here, lol. And That Jem 777 you use is designed for shred work. My Axis has more of a "chopping down trees" sound to your "buttering toast" sound.

I hope you'll consider these factors when laying down your riffs because there's alot to be learned from your advanced techniques

If I would have found out before today I would have done it
