I work at a call center handling customer complaint calls for one of America's largest companies. Half the people who call are just dumb, rude, mentally ill people wanting something for free or just lonely and need to talk to any 800 number person who will listen ... and the other half have been drilled a new asshole by the company I represent and are not too happy and you walk out the door at the end of the day all "black and blue" from the silliness of "customer service" via the telephone.
