  • Hey Tom, thanks for the video. I know there's almost always an opportunity to be more kind, and I'll start paying more attention to it. I do have one question about the study. How do you do a survey in 225,000 hospitals with only 139,000 patients? It sounds like the numbers got mixed up, or I'm not understanding. Do you have a link to the study?

  • Good video. I have shared this story with several since reading "Little Big Things " book.

  • Very true, I'd read an article years ago stating in so many words, "More doctors are sued if the patient had a problem with the doctors bedside manner. If the patient likes the doctor, even if the operation didn't go as planned, they are less inclined to sue." That is a paraphrase.
