Well I was just watching a stream of Tales of Vesperia today and happened to be recording while Patty used her Mystic Arte :).

This particular "friend" is a Quickie which fills the OVL gauge to its max.

(Note: Srry about no sound effects, Its just that i cant record sound with my sound card. So i picked the only tales music I have, Irony of Fate.(lol))

So far i have seen miue and barbos and Quike and some other one but it was not translated but what i can make out of it it gave u an extra Hp and Tp and speed Up thats all i could make out of it
