@ProperBodged well most of the deep web that is accessible is pretty safe to browse with TOR configured correctly.because it will randomise a new IP address each time you start up the program, if your buying and selling things off there, then maybe in addition to TOR you will probaly need encryption software to encrypt your files and messages etc. but really unless your digging into classfied stuff or downloading mases of CP you should be safe with just browsing the deep web with TOR
