Undercover investigation at intensive pig farm

Animal Aid visited a typical pig farm in order to compare the welfare standards we found with those claimed by the pig farming industry in recent weeks. The conditions we witnessed are a world away from those featured in the 'Pigs Are Worth It' campaign.

i am a total vegan i dont eat eggs or anything. i think that this is the most cruel think anyone could do. those pigs have feelings to how would you like it if someone treated you that way?we have no right to do this and i think it should stop!

@min1077 yeah right while our veggies and fruits are bathed in chemicals that causes the same symptoms even worse: genetic mutations, sterility, liver and kidney failure...

I guess it would be fair for all if you show how veggies are farmed as well. They put plenty of chemicals to your veggies, far more harmful than meat. They also use GMO while the swine industry is not into it for the time being. So choose, mutilated meat or chamically pickled veggies? Go on investigate.

i watched something similar with a couple of my friends and one of them went to a vegan diet. in the video they used nail guns to kill the animals. they would also hang them from fork lifts and cut their throat and let them hang there and they would run the cows over with the fork lifts. there was also a man that punch a calf to death.

You think that's bad? On the farm I work on the conditions are very similar, they kill pigs without pain relief or anything, sometimes pigs aren't given the medical attention they deserve and are ignored over trivial chores, sometimes pigs are killed because they are too ill to be worth the time, money, or resources, and even when they are killed it is either by being smashed over the head with a metal pole or having been picked up by their hind legs and having their head swung into a wall.

Pigs should not be living like that they just want to live on a nice farm with people actually caring for them and killing the children is just wrong and should be put to justice
