Why not put putty around where you want to drill the hole while supporting the bottle and not take the chance of electrocution? :)

Would have been nice if you had then shown us mere morals without all the yummy equipment that you have actually how to do it, with simple equipment that we may actually have.

If a drill press is plugged in then how do you use an electrical item in water without getting electrocuted?
