I'm not very good at begging but it is worth a try I don't think anybody should go tp prison and be a felon for .36th of a gram of pot do you? We have a chance of changing the law if you help me.

Of course the Judge denied my petition because: "Judge a large portion the populous criminal and reap the unconstitutional spoils of the drug war." The old animalistic alpha dog bull elk syndrome at work, hold another down take their turf and sustenance any way you can get it. So now I must prepare to go in front of a jury on Friday the 13th of November 2009. 'M' is for marijuana the 13th letter of the alphabet.




Petition for Declaratory Judgment, Filed October 1, 2009 This Motion Challenges the Constitutionality of Wisconsin Statutes § 961.41(3g)(e) and §961.573(1), seeking relief in the form of an order dismissing those current counts of this complaint, it also seeks protection from prosecution for violation of those Wisconsin Statutes and provisions of Federal Code 21 USC 844 concerning simple possession of small amounts of marijuana also known as Cannabis for personal use.

Not only has Judge Eaton allowed his Mom to sit on a jury of a case he was presiding over, he also thinks, contrary to the constitution, that he is part of law enforcement. A 5th grader knows the top cops are part of the Executive branch of government and the Judiciary is an independent branch, duh! Below is what he said during an auto theft case he was presiding over numbered, 2006CF37:

"I like -- I like to consider myself part of law enforcement or I may be disowned. You are related to me how?"

Today November 9, 2009 the judge gave his decision concerning my claim of unconstitutionality of the marijuana laws. Of course he denied my petition because he is a greedy Oligarchic pig. So 100 million people who tried marijuana are criminals in his eyes including Presidents Clinton, Bush and Obama, all so Judge Eaton and the rest of the fascist prohibitionists can whip their ass with the US Constitution.

Also the sow pig who arrested me thinks he can hit people with his flashlight, push people around and lie about it; and do you know what? He can because the local prosecutor and all the other crony birds of the Dark Crystal justice system love when cops lie to take honest money from honest people and put them in jail. Just imagine how he acted when he was not on film. I don't know what these ass holes are smoking but I'll stick to marijuana because there are some good people on this planet it is ashamed sow ass greedy power tripping pigs are left to rule it.

I can only hope I can communicate the facts and law to a jury that is not hand picked by the pigs themselves. I'm sorry you have to witness my total disgust with the system if you are one of the few good honest judges or law enforcement public servants. My harsh words here are not towards you.
