Ferry docking at Tacoma, Washington State

This ferry runs from Vashon Island (located about 25 kilometres/ 15 miles) southwest of Seattle, Washington in the Puget Sound. The island has an area of 98.5 square kilometres (37 square miles) and a population of about 10,000 at the time of this video recording. The ferry ride is pretty quick and comfortable but a bit expensive - costing our small car, with three passengers, $28.50 USD at the time of this video recording...
