I was in the Royal Observer Corps,unlike the TA we were not armed we volunteered to do this unpleasant task,knowing that our families and friends would probably die,but we just got on and done it,thankfully we never had to do it for real

Perhaps some of you who are slagging off the ROC and UKWMO should do something constructive like joining the armed forces reserves,oh silly me you might get dirty,just go back to playing COD and MOH your mummy will bring you a nice cup of weak tea
