Put candleholders into the freezer for an hour. Pull them out and the wax comes out so EASILY and completely.

Another trick that me and my mom use all the time if ur working with metal or glass candle holders it to put them upside down on a cookie sheet with wax paper or tin foil on it. Preheat the oven to maybe 145 degrees Fahrenheit then stick it in for about 30 min or so..just keep checking on it until the wax is all melted then take it out (with mitts on of course) then move the candle holders (with mitts again) to a separate wax sheet or tin foil to cool.
