This interview took place in 1996 at what was then known as the AVM television studio. Mr. Edward Lee was on his first visit to the twin island Republic of Trinidad & Tobago, as the Grand Lodge representative and the guest of Kairi Lodge. The title of the program is "Words,Books and Letters, the host is the late Mr. Ian Ali. This is part #1 of a 12 minutes video and presented for public information by the former Regional Director for the Caribbean Region, Mr. Chris. Codrington.

  • often i use youtube to study a certain organization or religion not to join them but to learn about them because philosophy and religious is fascinating and interesting. why is it i can't do this without some christian posting and judging these people and calling them idiots and saying they these religions and philosophies are lies. I can decide that for myself. It's annoying and it makes christians look bad. Not everyone has to agree with you or think the same way why are you acting so foolish.

  • @metfan2591 Some people don't know the difference between " an opinion" and " what is facts". Once you seek to express an opinion and promote it as facts, that is intellectual dishonesty. Such individuals must be exposed for what they are.

  • Stay away! Total confusion do not be fooled ..... real spiritual enlightment, truth and love is simple like GOD.

  • @blowme83x At Last! At Last! We have found someone like you, who has found truth and love, simple like God. We have been so stupid, up to now, to use words like "Mysteries" or "Mystery" in reference to God. Thank you Mr. Simpleton for such " Noledge".

  • There will always be those who are not knowledgeable about the Rosicrucian Order and therefore want to tear down what they know nothing about! Try learning a little about it before you criticize the Order. It is open to the public, it is NOT a secret society. Why do people always jump to the wrong conclusions???

  • @bekki125 Thank you for your comments & support. In the US, the early history of the Presidency & that of the Masonic Fraternity are closely linked, and their stories are shown repeatedly on cable channels. In the Caribbean Region, we have no such references, therefore, the Rosicrucians, pay a price for being different, not having any links with anything religious or political.

  • You know nothing about it. It is not a cult, any more than the YWCA or the Boy Scouts. "Lost" would describe someone who discourages others out of their own fear. I am a Christian, and a Rosicrucian.

  • @MopDMTBARTL You remind me of SAUL before he became PAUL, judgmental to the core, filled with hate, until he walked on the ROAD To DAMASCUS, then, he came face to face with TRUTH.

  • @cwcod Again, let me urge you to find out for yourself. The monographs are available for your study, but they are not free, and they require concentration. Why should anyone give you free information? Anyway, antagonizing strangers is not a very reliable method.

  • @lllzenithlll It is not secret. Youare welcome to apply and to study the monographs for yourself. It takes discipline, like any coursework, and there are dues. The "secrecy" is nothing but reticence on the part of members who feel it is necessary to avoid misleading discussions or being manipulated in partisan debates. We would rather use our time more productively. I wish you well.

  • @chrisvvlc You seem to have confused me with someone who has said, "I am enlightened." You may be a trivia champion, but I would like you to know that I am a longstanding member of AMORC (not "AMROC"); I am a Roscrucian and at perfect liberty to say so. (There are other Rosicrucian groups, such as the CR+C). You are welcome to apply, and to study the monographs for yourself if you want to know more. It takes some discipline, and there are dues.

  • @DesmondMead - It is apparent that I know more than you when it comes to the Rosicrucian Order. My statement " Under the Rosicrucian fundamentals, a "perfecting Rosicrucian" is the preferred term, as opposed to just "I'm a Rosicrucian", is straight from Rosicrucian teachings. If you are so enlightened you should be able to tell me wheat AMROC stands for ?

  • @chrisvvlc - You have no idea who it is who has made the staement. I have made no "claim" that concerns you one way or the other. I believe you should know better than to publish such judgements yourself. That is a compliment.

  • @UnhappySquancho No... it is not. The Chemical Wedding is a writing of unknown origin, despite the fact that more than one person had taken credit for it. Rosicrucianism is much older than that book. The book itself is quite clearly an alchemical allegory that does seem quite Rosicrucian in its nature, but it is in no way the basis of the order of the past, or any outer order of present day that bears the Rosicrucian name.
