This song is about getting high on heroin. An abused prostitute with decaying sanity through out the song as she comes to terms with the abuse(Nikki). The main role of the dirty spaceman (Will) is an STD ridden man child who seems to be very successfull at spreading his stds through oral intercourse. He is the dirty spaceman and he bleeds when he is about to go to space because of the injection of heroin. This shet is brilliant, post your own interpretations.
