  • @mrajib82 Sorry but most Kings Indian Defence players sort of take for granted their Queenside will get demolished, and be down from an engine perspective. It is completely taken for granted - this fact. This game really shows those who play chess - and in particular the Kings Indian defence, and those that seem to be engine obsessed. The engine evaluations are from an engine perspective - not how easy any position is to play. Why do you think Gambits also often bring great results?!

  • @mrajib82 One question - do you deny that Mikhail Tal was World champion - and a great one?! He often had technically lost positions which he went on to win. Do you deny the effectiveness of this playing style?! Does it matter if engines can refute many of his attacks?! Humans couldn't that much - he most often won.

  • sick play

  • Brilliant game but a few holes in the commentary

  • I sincerely think this game was fixxed.I'm sorry to make such an acussation but from such a position ,Anand doesn't lose.

  • @Chaxar

That is something I have never considered but it seems to make sense

  • The Title is probably the best advice that could be given to any player who is learning chess openers and positional play. Another advice that realy helped me when i was struggling is "learn your play style and then studdy those openers and GM's that match your style." Both of these mentioned by you.

  • Bobby Fischer on MIKHAIL TAL : "Even after losing four games in a row to him I still consider his play unsound. He is always on the lookout for some spectacular sacrifice, that one shot, that dramatic breakthrough to give him the win."

  • Houdini says 34... Nd7?? is a blunder and 37... a5?? but i believe a5 was a qiuet key move. I am running Houdini 1.05 x64 with six cores. What do the GM's say?

  • What I love most about Nakamura's games... win, lose, or draw he does so SPECTACULARLY!

  • This should be Nakamura's Immortal game.

  • Very good Instructive video :)
