A video of Dr. Schrodinger's famous cat-killing experiment explores Hugh Everett's Many Worlds Theory with a little music by his son Mark's band, the Eels. THIS FOOTAGE WAS CREATED BY PBS/NOVA, NOT LIGHTNING PICTURES. THE AUDIO IS NOT OWNED BY LIGHTNING PICTURES; IT BELONGS TO PBS/NOVA AND THE EELS.

@antiHUMANDesigns Would you describe your view of time as something like a tree diagram timeline will all the branches running simultaneously and starting off with a replica universe of the previous tree at the exact moment it branched off? Perhaps it is all the same universe and just the fact that atoms can be simultaneously in multiple places?

Makes me wonder at what rate a new universe is created. As strange as it sounds, it seems that everytime something observes a quantum event, a new universe is born. (Refering to the double-slit experiment.) Is there a minimum time unit? That is, the smallest step that time can take, and does a new universe get born out of every event that happens in the entire universe every time step?
Seems to me that we're thinking of time as something else than a dimension.
