Drink Cherry juice about 3 oz mixed in a water bottle. Gout will disappear.

im having a gout at the moment, just filmed it, its five days now, the swelling and pain are less, still on Colchicine and plenty of fluids, i heard that cherries are good, they help the body getting rid of uric acid.. gout is horrible, makes people' life miserable for couple of days,lack of good night sleep, unable to go out, wear shoes or slippers, adding to that the side effects of Colchicine like diarrhea.

When I was a young bloke I used to laugh at the old fellas with gout. One fellow described it "Like when someone stands on our your shadow and it hurts like HELL"
Now I suffer from it, I don't laugh anymore.

I loved that video! Gout's a nasty thing to be afflicted with! My vid response was a day or so after i started taking the medicine to clear it so i wasn't in as much pain, which is why there is a cheery atmosphere to the procedures! Wasn't so cheery a few days earlier though, when a single bed sheet would have me screaming!
