  • @jazziheartsyou It varies.... by the season. I ate one whole watermelon yesterday, the day before I ate about 9 bananas ..... it depends on my activity level too.. .I eat aas much as I want until I dont want anymore.

  • If you go swimming it tones up your cheat really well. I want the book.........getting it!

  • I find that people who post negative against 80 10 10 never tried it. I get very ill if I cheat on the 80 10 10 program. Just a few weeks on it will show you how damaging dairy and salt is! If you have pizza or salty snacks, it's just like getting the flu.
