You are jerking, not snatching. Or more like push press. Bad technique. The leg movement is for shortening the distance when extreme weight. In this video it's only warm up

@vaxt only thing that moves on both of these lifts if your wrists to stabilize it. it shouldnt rotate i dont think

Dangerous? This exercise is great for CORE and shoulder stability.

This looks dangerous; the dumbbell doesn't rotate like a proper olympic bar.
