Michael, have you made it back to the states yet?

thanks for the site. I'd looked it but it requires time to read all that. i'd bookmarked it as to read it thoroughly. what's not clear how easily the stones are shown here but what a mess one has to go through in order to look for the stones. i don't have pain anymore and i eat normal now. so, no surgery.

I did use epsom salt. Anyway, I was adviced by someone else how to treat it and now I'm fine. I have 3 stones that's why I was surprised to see there are so many stones?? My dr. gave me homeopthy tablet to break them even though it'd take ages, I know.

please explain what exactly you did.. it might take several attempts to see stones.. or maybe you didn't use epsom salt???

Did flush yesterday but no stones. It was painless except for slight sharp sensation on the lower left of my breast. any thought on this?

how many spoons of Magnesium sulphate do you need ??
When I was attending Massage school 10 years ago many chiropractors and doctors were just starting to recognize it's benefits. Now it can be covered on insurance. I worked in physical therapy for 3 years and yoga was not recognized as physical therapy. I've been teaching Bikram Yoga for almost 5 years now and have seen amazing results. I hope the day will come that hatha yoga can be recognized as physical therapy!

I love Bikram yoga, and yes one day yoga will be recognized as physical therapy. We just have to keep informing until we all understand.
Great comment, thank you.

Early 2008, I was scheduled for GB surgery twice and my DR. had to cancel each time... In the meantime, I found this video series and did the flush. WOW! Over 100 stones of varying sizes with the largest being approx. 1.5cm! Easy to do and the "clean" feeling you get afterwards is well worth the extra trips to the toilet. Five months later and I have had no GB attacks or pain since doing the flush!
