Barbell Circuit, burn fat and build muscle with a barbell circuit. Blood on the barbell? Circuits are more endurance than strength exercises but the barbell circuit is a good way to work on form, burn fat and stay in shape.

  • You can start with one oly plate on each side. Remember circuits are more for endurance/fat-burning than strength so you might be able to load for example 3 or 4 oly plates when squatting or doing deadlifts but for a circuit you load a light weight so that you can do the whole circuit.
