I wonder why? He doesn't go quite as far to say that the neocons blew up the twin towers, but there is always hope for some justice there.

Better off? Answer this: what about the 1953 overthrow of the Iranian PM for the Shah, the Iran-Contra Affair, Vietnam in general, Bush's policies (inflaming radical hatred just is not the way to go, nor is it necessary), Allende...? The list goes on and on.

Point: The US acts for national interests, not democracy. If they did, why don't we see an overthrow of the Saudi government for infringement of human rights?

"a few little fires"?  Come on. Surely you've seen the video and pictures from the south side of WTC7. Those weren't little fires. Even the firefighters described it as an inferno. Oh, and not to mention the huge hole that was knocked out of the building. It may not have been hit by a plane, but it was struck by the debris of the collapsing north tower. The rescue workers on site heard WTC7 creaking and could see it LEANING before it collapsed. They cordoned off the area ahead of time.

Have you seen any of the firefighters' accounts of explosions in the basement? MIT engineers statements? I could go on and on, open your mind.

Look at US History. When we had to make tough decisions, we made them and left the world better off for it. We rebuilt Europe and Japan after WWII.

We fought communism where and when we found it, and now communism is all but dead.

Radical Islamic fundamentalism is next.

Yes, I have watched Loose Change and Terrorstorm and the whole terribly long hour of the ST911 panel on CSPAN. I've also read a bunch of web sites for 911 denial.

What I took away from all of these conspiracies is they are all elegant propaganda pieces. I watched them and did all of that reading for the purpose of seeing what evidence is out there for denying what happened on 911. And you know what? There isn't any evidence. A lot of speculation and more theories than a liberal has excuses.
