Hi S.tree, I didn't know that contraception is free in the US. But sex-ed aint sex-ed! The Bush admin has been supporting abstinence-only sex-ed, which gives the same results as no sex-ed at all. You need comprehensive sex-ed and I'm glad that Obama sees this and hopefully will make changes.

Gargasil has never been proven effective. First, it isn't known whether or not the women in the studies were ever exposed to HPV. Second, all of the women who didn't receive the vaccine remained cancer free. Third, Gardasil was never tested on school aged girls, only on older women. There is no proof whatsoever that Gardasil does a damn thing to ward off cervical cancer. What has been proven is bad side effects.
Here's a shocker. HPV has never been conclusively proven to cause cervical cancer.
