Ahhhh... apart from knowing from the Ketostix that I'm burning fat - even though the weight loss has dropped considerably from the first week - my "dunlap" - measurement around my belly button, the spare tire if you will - continues to shrink by an inch or more a week.

I didn't think to ask - but if my friend doesn't mind - I'll post their progress on the hcg diet for the next week or two.

the trick is to try gain lean muscles, and try loose waight, I know this sucks alote, but you have to put effort into loosing waight, I was dissapointed to, untill I loosed my waight, "BlazingSky2006" Put effort into it, stop half of your junk food and stop drinking pop, it works ^^

I'm about to punch a hole in my computer screen. All these people on YouTube who say they lost weight taking HCG, and they don't even bother to tell people where they got it! I spent hours watching videos and searching for it on the internet, HOPING someone would say where they got it! If I did a video on weight loss success, I surely would give ALL the information to my viewers instead of teasing people and leaving the important information out. That's soooo inconsiderate! Urrgh!
