@sgtsnakeeyes11 No they didnt put a vidieo like that, because thats for you to find out. the gripz are simply used to help copy the same effect as a thiker bar. if u actually knew anything about bodybuilding, then u will know that a fatter bar or a bar with the diamater that the fat gripz add will cost u a few hundred dollars! save ur money get the same effet bro.

@sgtsnakeeyes11 So you're admitting to being a complete idiot. And?

My forearms are huge thanks to fatgripz...simple exercises like a curl utilize so much of my forearm strength that you wouldn't normally work without them
-
Dude there's tons of videos reviewing on how great these things are.... Popular youtube fitness guru's and everyday people. I just bought a set a week ago and they are amazing bro.

Fat Gripz replicate the thick bar and thick bar is used to get stronger. Because you are gripping/holding in a more open-palmed position you naturally have to squeeze harder and constantly to perform the exercise which taxes the hand, thumb and forearm more - meaning stronger grip, and a stronger grip means stronger lifts. You are only as strong as your weakest link. Worth the small investment it costs to own a set of FG's

@Sandu901004 yeah theyre costly but they definitely seem to be a smart idea. have you noticed any more strength on the table? or hand control?
-
@mojomatt176 i really dont have money for fat grips but i improvized a pair and it works
-
@Sandu901004 hell yeah! thats what i plan to use it for. gotta work on that forearm strength.
-
@rayrc10 they make it harder because you have less grip strength the thicker the bar, they force your forearms and wrists to grow stronger gradually to take the strain
-
@rainshadow000 nah rubber its not slippery
They get some muscular guy to do a couple bar bell curls with the gay grip on and think it will sell. Well, it probably has knowing how gullible some people are. But they didnt put in the description what about this grip makes working out easier or if you get more gains when using it...is there no science behind it?
