Setup:
Royal Harp (Wind Lv.2)
- Elemental Attack Up
- Officer Assassin
- Synergy

Fenghuang Wing (Wind Lv.6)
- Elemental Attack Up
- Officer Assassin
- Synergy
- Double Element
- Combat Resistance

Weapon itself has rather low damage output

The basic formula is: C4/C6 --- Jump Cancel/Musou

Some notes on the Harp Moveset:
- weak elemental damage output
- Normal Attack String has good area effect, and fills Musou generously in a large crowd
- C4 would be the most practical charge attack for elemental damage: no lag, has a very wide area of effect, and has 360 coverage
- C6 is also good, but is longer to get into

Some notes on Cai Wenji:
- gets an extra EAU, making her deal plentiful amounts of elemental damage (not using the Harp)
- EX Attack is an extension of C1. I have yet to find any good use for it aside from stalling stuff or getting yourself open from behind
- Musou 1 is a healing, AoE Musou. This makes her immortal in ANY battle
- Musou 2 is a good Musou for offense: unblockable, has a nice arc coverage, and is rotatable. Only downside is the long recovery time

One of the best characters I've seen so far...With proficiencies on monumental power weapons (Axe, Twin Axes) + EAUx3 + Healing Musou

With a healing musou, you can simply go all out with Cai Wenji without having to worry about any form of defensive seals at all (except for Combat Resistance, of course). Just make sure to equip her with an overpowered weapon and you got yourself an immortal monster powerhouse.

Your moveset.... I think it will better if you use another charge attack such as C6 and use her EX attack usually

@LiuShangJiang1995 C6 takes a long time to pull off...and it deals the same damage as C4. I have yet to find anything useful out of her EX Attack

@cinquedea27 I just think that C6 deals more damage because the 360 sound wave and the sound wave forward are good. About the EX attack, you can use it to interrupt your eniemies' attack ( especially when you're running). It will give you more time to prepare the next attack without being taken damage ( although it blows enemies up on the air)

@LiuShangJiang1995 Actually the 360 part of C6 doesn't do much damage, it's the forward soundwave that deals the elemental bulk. I personally think her healing musou is superfluous with the EX Attack if that is indeed its use. She can just take the damage and heal herself rather than avoiding the damage...besides musou filling isn't a problem with the enormous musou charge of the Harp's normal attacks.

not sure if you've tried this but if you put a flute weapon as the first weapon and harp as the second when you get close to a crowd switch weapons the flute switch effect activates then activate ex with harp and there you go great crowd control

I really love Cai wenji's uniform but I don't like the boots and these kind don't go with the outfit. She should have had dress shoes or high heels instead. I want her DWSF costume the most right now as its a very elegant look.

@davidchen128 Yes, she gets EAUx3, a healing musou, and adequate proficiency in a some powerful weapons (Lance, Axe, Twin Axes, Twin Swords, Double Voulge, etc...)
