iRobot introduced a new open source Roomba, Create, to its lineup at CES. You can program it yourself or use C++ scripts provided by iRobot.

  • good for when you drop a joint and need some one to pick it up..................

  • I think you're all missing the point: the robot isn't being

    remote-controlled, but rather using internal programming

    (crude A.I.). This thing obviously isn't designed to be as

    advanced as a Robosapien or an Aibo, so its inputs are limited

    as well as its processing ability. Considering what they're

    trying to make it do with the limited hardware, I'd have to

    agree with the reporter: "not bad!"

  • very technically limited..

  • charger went bust gunna try and get electrition to fix it but if cant gotta buy one i live in uk but if get amercan one off ebay so dont have to pay 40 odd pound for one from irobot on a adapter will it do anything to the roomba
