Most supplies can be found in a specialty Japanese market or asian market. Fresh fish like tuna and salmon (used to make sashimi) is recommended to be purchased at safe, clean and trusted sellers only.
I totally forgot! --- Use any type of short grain, sticky rice. You can find some that specifically say on the bag "sushi rice" or "great of making sushi".
Long grain or meduim grain rice (chinese/ mexican rice) is NOT what you want. These will not stick on the seaweed properly.
**Edit**
At the request of a friend, here are the ingredients used. However, this recipe does not really have specific amounts-- This solely depends on how much you need or want to prepare.
Roasted Seaweed
Cucumber
Avocado
Mayonaise
Imitation crab
Japanese short grain rice
Rice seasoning (optional)
Hot chili (optional)
I totally encourage everyone to make up their own sushi rolls! Its like making a sandwich - pick your ingredients and "roll" with it! =D
the sushi rice can it be regular white rice?

@Kagome8055 regular rice can be used but it may not stick as well on the seaweed paper compared to sushi rice. Instead of putting the rice on the outside of the roll I would flip it to the inside to prevent the rice from falling off.
