Was yours the peg-interferon? The once a week type? Or three times a week? The 3/week didn't work on me but the weekly peg/interferon did, however, I also started having these panic attack episodes where all of the sudden I would feel this surge of adrenalin or something, it would start in my stomach then I would get dizzy and face would get these hot flashes and stuff. Scared the shit out of me, thought I was having a heart attack. Anyway, good luck.! later, Rodger
Hey all! I am on interferon beta 1a for multiple sclerosis. I don't take it for Hep, but it is doing it's job and modifying my immune system. I have been symptom free and MRI has been clear for 3.5 years.

Coff, That is great to hear! I have taken 5 100% doses now and I have pain in the night but unless something wakes me I am pretty much unaware of it. I found that taking my injection early enough to get in two doses of pain killers helps alot! Slight aches and headache the next day but nothing I can't handle. Hopefully the more injections I do the milder the pain will get!! Glad you are out of the side effect stage!
