Dorothy Gale is a simple girl in rural Kansas who writes children's books based on the land of Oz created by her grandfather. Her mundane life is turned upside down when she receives an offer from a big New York agency to represent her books. In New York, Dorothy soon realizes that her books, and her grandfather's stories, are based on reality. The magical world of Oz and all of its inhabitants are very real and they are coming to New York City! Dorothy and her friends are the only ones who can stop the evil Wicked Witch of the West and her plans for global domination.

@AgentHanSolo303 The DVD has already been released in the UK. Not sure where you can buy it. For the US the movie is being released April 10th and is available for preorder on Amazon.com. I preordered mine last week. :)

This looks completely crap. Nobody has ever even come close to revisiting OZ in a good way. Every script and production has been crap in comparison to what was truly a masterpiece. I would love to see OZ redone properly. Every time I see these lame ass spin offs it makes me sick. I have to say to all the studios out there. Leave OZ alone unless your going to invest and do it properly. My god this thing looks so B grade even got a mexican Dorothy for christ sake.
