when you go to bank you don't lose your hotspot time, and when in combat you can't do this. bad idea.

Then u will have to learn how to read... and no im not a noob, im lvl 132. ok lets go step by step since u have to learn how to read.... They said =

If you frequently enter safe zones, your drops will certainly not be as impressive as if you had spent the whole time in a hot zone.

That doesnt mean ur gonna lose potential while ur in the safe zone, that means ur just not getting any potential in there, and if u were in a hot zone u would get a lot more potential..

I read over the thing 5 times. It says when you visit a safe spot you lose some of your drop potential. You have to avoid combat while getting drop potential up. Plus, the new PVP update says they made it where the system detects when you visit cold zones or safe zones.

learn to read... when you bank you dont lose any potential at all, read on the pvp post from the mod..

you dont lose your drop potential if you bank or go in a safespot. I got fury drop and i had banked be4. Maybe its luck but i dont think that you lose it.

If you bank then you lsoe drop pottential because you are in a safe spot and if you do what he just did they if you kill somebody your loot chance increases
