How to make VPN server and connect to it! (Please annotations on)

!!! MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ANNOTATIONS TURNED ON !!!
Steps:
PART 1:

1.Go to connections;
2.Create a new connection;
3.Set up an advanced connection;
4.Allow incoming connections;
5.Skip and do not check anything from this box;
6.Allow virtual private connections;
7.Set up your users;
8.Highlight Internet Protocol...
9.Click Properties;
10.Check the first box and leave the last box unchecked;
11.Set the IPs like: From: 192.168.10.100 To: 192.168.10.150
12.Click OK;
13.Click Next;

PART 2:

1.Go to Create a New Connection
2. Select Connect to the network at my workplace
3.Select Trough VPN
4.Enter a Neme
5.Enter your server`s IP
6.Config it...
7It is READY!!!

Guys, help me, how to connect to VPN server thru Internet? I means, I want to connect my computer at office (which is my VPN server) from my computer at home ( which is my VPN client). Its dat possible? How bout the ip?
