Israel's Urban Aeronautics has released video showing its AirMule ducted-rotor vertical take-off and landing (VTOL) unmanned aicraft hovering during development testing. The AirMule has fore and aft ducted rotors with vanes above and below the rotors that provide flight control in vertical and forward flight. Ducted fans at the rear will provude forward thrust. The AirMule is designed to operated in confined spaces, such as streets, where a helicopter's exposed rotors would be a safety risk. Proposed missions include unmanned casualty evacuation.

Really, not an urban air vehicle, because one bullet in any of its fans, (thats right) , 30 cents worth of lead and you are history, way bad idea, stick with choppers, survivability waaaaaay better!
