yea im a bit biased towards Final Fantasy III because it was the first one i played, but ive played FF7 the most of any, with FFX being the 2nd most.

I was sad at the end of disc 1 of FF7 :*

I have played part of FF4, so I know that much.

I think FF7 is my second favorite, once absolute favorite, only because it was my first Final Fantasy, and the timing makes it one of the most nostalgic games of all time, for me. And...Aerith...kupo... *sniffle*

I ahree with X over VII, VII was a tad overrated.  for some reason i never really got into Final Fantasy I.

Final Fantasy II(IV) is great, remember the culex theme from super mario RPG? thats the boss theme.

I don't think it'd be fair of me to, as I've not played through them all yet. Just 1, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, X, X-2, and 12 (I know you didn't ask about anything beyond FFX, it was merely stated for the record).

But of those I have played, of FFs 1 through 10...

X, 7, 9/6, 1/5, 8. Which is not to say 8 is that bad (the full list could better put it in perspective). It just really didn't get to me or appeal to me quite as much as the others.
