  • Cool. I guess this would be like Independence day in USA. Are there any fireworks?

  • @Trance88 its the same yes! :) There are fireworks in some cities! but it's not a big tradition no!

  • Love your bunad. You looked awesome!

  • @jndministry Thank you so much :D

  • it's very sad about the immigration there. Norwegians will be a minority in their own country in one generation. this is not me speculating, this is from a United Nations report.

  • Thank you for sharing. In America (Brooklyn) they still celebrate May 17th with a parade. However, many norwegians have left Bayridge, Brooklyn a long time ago.

  • @zebra1897 norwegians

  • @dowder04 Its happening as the result of globalisation. Its propensity is to whipe out all the nations and races, all the cultural and national individual qualities ,and guess where that started ? My country lost many of its values and it became a yankee colony, people changed a lot too.You should keep your social policy because it shows that you are good people caring for each other but only for pure Norwegians ! It is very important for you to be careful and try to preserve what your nation too!

  • Koffør har du en nordlands bunad på dæ? Bare før at du lika den eller e familien din derfra?

  • jeg elsker deg, greetings from a lover from Egypt who dreamt 1 day to be in oslo, but it seemed that my dream was so big to come real.

  • A lot of those people don't look Norwegian at all, they don't even look European. Looks like even Norway won't be safe from the coming demographic crisis...

  • @JohnElwaymaniac Yes i did. Its VERY popular in Norway, many norwegian wear them! they are different from every part of the country!
