I agree, lets get an exact definition of what being belligerant is.. it needs to be defined in detail...this bill need to have language that specifically states US citizens are not subject to the NDAA 2012 bill..

@raincityusa2010 on the contrary. The Bill has language that specifically states that this law is applicable to Us Citizens. Hence, Obama's signing statement that occompanied this bill promising that "his Administration" won't utilize this power. But, does not keep future administrations, from using this power. Neither does this statement of his secure us against him reniging on his promise not to exercise this power.

The Pope of Rome hold the title "The VICAR of Christ" Which means the representative of Christ. The Vatican has gone as far to call the Pope "God on earth. The Pope of Rome is the Anti Christ.
