i can't seem to play the G#m and i don't understand the part about shifting tabs and stuff too. sigh :(

Gm = 1st string, 1st fret + 2nd string, 3rd fret + 3rd string, 2nd fret.

G#m = 1st string, 2nd fret + 2nd string, 4th fret + 3rd string, 3rd fret.

Fm = 1st string, 3rf fret + 2nd string, 5th fret + 3rd string, 4th fret.

So moving from Gm to G#m is just sliding your fingers in the pattern of Gm one fret to the right and slide another fret to the right from G#m to Fm. Similarly, going from Fm to G#m is sliding one fret to the left, and the same for G#m to Gm
