Kung maka-tao ka at maka-diyos, kung may malasakit ka sa kapwa mo, hindi ka tatawa pag nakita mo yan. Pwede pa siguro sumigaw ka ng OMG or anything pero hindi yung "ang saya nito" Different people deals differently with a situation, in this case, med students pa naman siya, may sira na ang mental health nya. mag drop out na sya, please lang at ayoko syang maging doctor.

Angat dam is in Bulacan. the waters in UE is from the creek at SM center point. the waters from Marikina is from Laguna de bay. the amount of rainfall was just too much than expected. It's not the floodgates.
