Good Day,

Is it true that when you start a plant based diet that females periods stop or lessen to maybe 1-3 days very light flow or maybe discharge like flow? I read that somewhere can't remember the article or book talking about the changes in menstrual cycle. Although its normal its not natural?

Yes, those herbs are horrible. However I used pureed mango+apple juice and mix a bit with the herbs then swig them down and fill the cup up again with more mango/apple as a chaser. the thick creaminess of the mango removes the taste from my tongue.

Hey Dr. Morse, I watch your videos consistently love what you're doing. I just bought upper and lower circulation. I have diabetic neuropathy and sleep apnea and a receding hairline. My question is, is there a problem if I use the 2 herbs together. I'm on day 1 and I've done it twice.. lol So far so good.
