The Knight signal has lit up the dark skies over New Metropolis, which could only mean one thing, the sexy super heroine Knight Woman is in town. She has been sent by the HLA (Heroine League of America) to infiltrate Le Masque, but a certain Clown Prince of Crime behind the DJ booth has an old score to settle with her. The Clown Prince has enlisted the help of New Metropolis' newest evil villain, The Silencer to take care of the woman that has been driving him "batty" for years! Does Knight Woman have enough tricks in her utility belt to take down this new threat, or will she become his newest plaything?
