This is my first tutorial. I hope this was very helpful. Use this guide to make your computer faster. I have XP but this works for VISTA and Windows 7 as well. Trust me, I have used Vista and 7 before.

6) Indexing Service (You must un-check)
7) NetMeeting Remote Desktop Sharing
8) Print Spooler
9) Remote Desktop Help Session Manager
10) Secondary Logon
11) TCP/IP NetBIOS Helper
12) Telephony
