Santana, Eden, Kelly and CC speak in defence of Sophia. Gina replies Sophia has killed someone.
Mason says that Sophia has used the gun to give Lionel a scare so it's illegal. Lindsay is agree.

Eden suggests telling nothing to the district attorney. She wants Cruz not to write a report for the district attorney.
Mason says that the worst sentence could be a manslaughter. So Eden replies it was just an accident. She wants everybody to tell nothing.
Sophia says that she's ready to go in jail. CC says he's guilty too. So Eden says again it was an accident. But Mason replies that if Cruz doesn't write a report, everybody will think that Cruz has been bribed.
Eden doesn't want Sophia to go in jail. Mason replies that only Cruz can decide.

Cruz phones Maggie. He wants her to come with a policeman.

Sophia says to Santana that she can see pity in her eyes.
CC says that if he hadn't loaded the gun, nothing would have happened. So all the family will support Sophia.

Eden wants to talk to Cruz. She begs him not to punish her mother.
