iTouchGuru: Using FileZilla to SSH into your iPod

1st Link = FileZilla Download Page

Info you will need:
SFTP Username: root Password: alpine

"ipconfig" is the command to get your IP (without the quotes of course)

If you cannot connect info you will need:
Command is "ping yourip" (without quotes) for both Term and the command prompt.
