I would like to go vegan! For me, but I don't know if I could do it for Niki.. I like to buy cage free eggs and free range but it's sometimes hard to find!

Yeah its hard and can be expensive to make different choices (for the better) and I wish it wasn't like that. Maybe soon things will change...I'm a veggie...cook and bake vegan but...well I do the best I can :-)
