Desert Rose Resort, Las Vegas - March 2010

This clip is of the Desert Rose Resort, a hotel/apartment style complex located just off of the Las Vegas Strip in Nevada, USA.


I don't think I could have picked a better place, and on my trip around the World, this hotel seemed to stand out, perhaps because of the generous space, and it's excellent location.

The Desert Rose Resort is situated on the same block as the Tropicana & Hooters casinos, and is less than five minutes walk from the MGM Grand, Tropicana, Hooters, Luxor, and Excalibur casinos.

My shuttle driver from McCarran airport to the Desert Rose commended my choice, and he told me that if you want to experience The Strip, but then enjoy some peace & quiet when you close for the night, this is the best place, and it is amazingly good value for money.


For me, it was a choice of the Desert Rose, Stratosphere, or Sahara, and I made the best choice. A thoroughly-recommended accommodation option in Vegas !

This place is so much fun. A non Gaming Inn and it's great. I stayed here in Oct 2011. You get a free Breckfest too witch is rare in Vegas. What a find.
