@mrfreezee22 Because manny is 5'7 so his ideal weight is like about 147-150 but he fought in 120-130 so he needed to choose a weight which suit's him..I know Mayweather uses drug's , pacquiao probably using one but not steroid's. i dont know its hard to imagine pacquiao using drugs because he eat's filipino food...no wonder white say' how does filipino gain so much weight in time ...hmm Rice

Pacquiao is not smaller than Floyd. He's shorter, but he has one of the biggest skeletons in the division, which is why he can generate so much power for someone who looks so small. 145 lbs is the ideal MAX weight for a 5'6 man, you're saying steroids took him to the maximum weight science says is suitable for his height vs nutrition and training? You don't know what you are talking about. Go do some research. Pacman has HUGE wrists. Floyd makes his fans look like brainless sheep.
