youtube html5 will work on firefox when google encode the video in a free open source format
it's all in h.264 at the moment which browser vendors have to pay to include, firefox is free software so it will never happen
HOWEVER Goggle have just bought the rights to the VP8 codec themselves are alot of people think that they will open source it and try to push h.264 out
I hope so!
