i love the picture at 0:20 it's cute XD. I was diagnosed with a weak form of autism when I was 6 years old. And I was the best at art work/textiles in school. I remember when I painted this picture when I was 11 with acrylic paint and the teachers liked it that much they put it up in the staff room, lol.

Am I the only one that noticed it looks like a cock?
I hope I dont sound like one myself for saying that lol, its not bad for a 5 yr old

This is so cool! I noticed that this was a while ago... Is her paintings getting better?

@SteveFusionX hi, just wanted to say that your analogy was kind of off there, saying 'im better than an autistic person at art' is in no way the same as saying i can run faster than a cripple' for the reason that often-times autistic people have incredible artistic talents and abilities.
in comparing the two scenarios you are basically saying an autistic person can never be good at art, in the same way that a cripple could never run, and this is definitely not the case

ok, no worries :)

@SteveFusionX Hi mate, I didn't make that comment. I left my YT account logged in at college and some friends got on it and pissed around, so please ignore what was said, I'm not like that!

If you actually listened to the video you'd know she's a girl, not a boy.
And autism can be a very hard condition to live with; in some cases it needs around the clock care.
Bragging that you are better than an autistic child at artwork is pretty ignorant.. unless you were joking?
It's like saying "I can run faster than a cripple!"
Is the only problem with autism is loniness and social disorder? Maybe u can make autism kids bond wit autism kids

@Jordanferfer - It is better for children with autism to learn appropriate social skills and communication skills so that the can be a productive part of society. I am not certain that most children with autism suffer from loneliness. My daughter seems perfectly content playing by herself.

My son has just turned 2 and he said momma and dad at about 8 months but hasnt said anything eversence. It gets me so mad thinking about it being possibly related to vaccines but i guess my question is.... Does she ever show emotion? like she knows you love her? I have to fill out alot of papers I got today and send them back before the autism center will see us and its a question that has been running threw my head. he wont let me hold him much or hug him. Please respond thanks

She shows a lot of emotion. Lucky for me she is a pretty happy child. She has come so far since she was two. I feel your pain because I lived it. I used to think she didn't know who I was, now I know she loves me. Send me a private message and I will send you my number. It will get better! Good luck.

Autism is a "spectrum disorder" so you have a wide range of variability in intelligence and other gifts. It is definitely an interesting disorder. I feel like many children with autism are much more intelligent than people give them credit for. I am always amazed at what my daughter understands. Even I underestimate what she can do from time to time. That is not a dumb question.
