This is the second part of TAC's 2008 anti-speeding campaign. This one's the metropolitan version for those city kids in Melbourne. I quite like these ads. The moody music really adds to the atmosphere, and the voiceover is quite unapologetic in it's tone. But no blood, of course. They don't do that these days.
@ganjalogic Oh great i seem to miss that point of view as its true. ohwell...i stand corrected. :)

@GayBoyRunning Any traffic engineer will tell you that speed limits should be set at the "85th percentile speed" that most people are driving at, instead the government cuts speed limits irresponsibly (which increases the difference in speed between the slowest and fastest drivers and increases the number and severity of crashes) and gives some private company the right to ticket people driving the speed the road was designed for for a share of the money. It's a scam, pure and simple.

@ganjalogic every year there have been more & more cars placed on the road & there have been more crashs. so dont blame speed cameras ect. Why would you need to worry about a speed camera while driving if you know your not going to speed then why worry. Simple as that

The slogan for this should be along the lines of "We'll catch...before you kill."

I totally agree ! It's true, most of the ones that you turn right on, by the time your in the middle of the road it truns yellow light.

Don't believe the lies, speed and red light cameras are there to increase police revenue, not improve safety. Most local governments shorten the yellow light time immediately after installing red light cameras, causing more people to run red lights and letting them issue more tickets. If you want to improve safety, mandate vehicle safety features that help passengers and pedestrians. Invest locally in improving roads, signage, and lighting for better visibility and safety.

Actually, this one could work just as well on radio, I think - music intact, naturally.
But anyway, if gore was wat was "in" in the 90s, "moody, bitchy voiceovers" are what's hip this decade. And I can easily picture him slipping in the line "We're all sick of you."
