I work osy and all these building materials guys sell a shit load of stuff .but yet dont want to come out and check if we got it or help load the crap.people come out and say well they said you guys got this and were both looking in a empty bin. but I didnt sell it but yet im getting bitched out for the mistake. that could have been avoided, if bm would have walk there ass out there to see.

Used to work at the Maple**** store. They treat their workers like SHIT, then fire you or "through you under the bus" like I was told as they cut my hours from 45 to 10. Menards workers need a union! If menards had a union, they could not just fire someone just because a guest got mad, or if you called out sick without a Dr note heven forbid. Do they make you work a lot of 12 hour shifts? After 8 hours should be overtime. How about a "Breakroom" Just saying think about a union. Don't be scared!

I find it funny as shit all the people that bitch about menards are usually fuck ups who deserve to be fired because they are lazy or stupid fucks. Been working there as hardware fulltime... pays pretty decent and its easy. Cry babies hate it for no reason.

Good luck if you have vehicle issues at menards. It's a "liability issue" to repair your vehicle on company grounds. If it's broken into, not their problem. If your car breaks down and you can't get it fixed, don't worry, they just fire you for whatever BS reason they can find.
