Modern Libraries Offering Print-On-Demand

Modern libraries have technology plans which allow them to identify institutional needs for facilitating patrons access to information. Modern libraries are now recognizing that with millions of old books on the Internet, and hundreds of thousands of new books published yearly--that libraries (and copy shops) can now print and bind books for patrons that might otherwise not be in a library's holdings, or stocked in a book shop.

The Palo Alto Measure N library has no Technology Plan, and will not likely be offering Print-on-Demand in the foreseeable future.
